Is there a free plan?
No free tier — but every account starts with a 30-day free trial of full Essentials. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.
What does the 30-day trial include?
Full Essentials access — unlimited accounts, all imports, cloud sync and every report. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Always. Manage or cancel your subscription from the receipt email or your Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period.
Which banks are supported?
Any bank or card issuer that lets you export an OFX, QFX or CSV file — which is virtually all of them in Canada and the US. You can also enter transactions manually.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Every table exports to CSV, and your whole workspace exports to JSON, in one click. No lock-in.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't right, email support within 30 days of a charge and we'll make it right.
