On a newer product, most institutions read Insufficient data until we've recorded enough recent connections to publish a reliable rating. We'd rather say that than invent a number.
How we measure connection health
Our recommendation for each institution may consider several signals from ClearMint's own anonymized connection data:
- How often initial connections complete successfully
- How reliably connections sync over time
- How long connections stay active before needing attention
- How fresh the transaction data stays
- How often re-authentication is required
A few things worth knowing:
- Performance can differ from one person to the next — your experience may vary.
- These figures come from ClearMint's own anonymized data. We don't use another product's history.
- A recommended provider is a current best estimate, not a guarantee.
- Institution and provider availability can change at any time.
