These Terms govern your use of ClearMint Essentials (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
ClearMint Essentials is a personal-finance tracking tool. It helps you record and organize your own financial information. It is not financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and outputs may contain errors — always verify against your official statements.
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You're responsible for your account, your password, and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end. You can cancel anytime and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in CAD.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data import will be perfectly accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearMint Essentials will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You can export your data before deleting your account.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change and continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
